See who is due for smog
See which customers need their next smog soon, so you can call them before they go somewhere else.
- Click Customers in the menu, then Due for smog.
- Pick Overdue, Next 30 days or Next 90 days.
- Each row shows the customer, their phone, the car, the last smog and when the next one is due.
The due date comes from the car’s last pass: a passing work order at your shop, a last smog date you imported, or the due date on smogcheckdeals.com. Electric cars and 1975 and older cars never show up.
What you can do from the list
- Export CSV saves the list as a file you can open in Excel and use to call people.
- Import last smog dates adds dates from a CSV file with a VIN or plate and a date. It only matches cars you already have.
- Send an offer texts a deal to these customers through SmogCheckDeals. It needs your SmogCheckDeals connection.
Next to Due for smog is Failed, not yet retested: cars that failed at your shop in the last 90 days and have not come back.
